Unfortunately, my recent stay at HAVN Aparthotel was disappointing. There was no hot water in the shower, and the shower drain blocked twice during my stay. There was also a persistent drain smell coming from the shower area, which made the experience unpleasant. I reported that the jacuzzi was not heating up and was advised that the issue had been resolved. However, the jacuzzi never became properly warm. This is particularly frustrating because this is not my first stay at the hotel, and I experienced the exact same issue with the jacuzzi during my previous visit. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and addresses them, as the hotel has potential but these recurring maintenance issues significantly impact the guest experience. To add to this there was partying next door to us, with commotion in the hallway. Securities sitting and watching soccer instead of actively observing the camera's. The room gets serviced late, there are no cleaning products so you just have to sit with dirty dishes until they decide to come and clean.

It was dirty, dirty floors, there was too much noise in the next rooms, and outside in general, so it was not impossible to sleep. It was not insanely cheap to be this bad
