The apart is cozy, comfortable and well structured. It is well equipped with everything one would need to save some money eating out. The bed and bathroom were also suitable for a me. It is just 5mins from CTICC which was convenient for me
The building is not very well frequented. I heard a lot of noise from the other apartments (loud music, people shouting, people talking loud on the corridors and apartment, loud music played until dawn and no one appeared to stop it). The building walls are very thin that I could hear people making sex! There was security in the building but I still didn’t feel very safe in building. In terms of hygiene, I noticed that the cleaning is not thorough, for two days I went back to a toilet sink with hair and oil I had dripped out while grooming myself in the bathroom

servizio di pulizia, la camera ci è stata consegnata ma non era ancora pronta e risultava poco pulita e presente anche cattivo odore. durante il soggiorno, la pulizia l'abbiamo fatta fare ogni giorno, ma ogni tanto sembra essere stata fatta semplicemente in maniera superficiale.

posizione in zona vicino al centro e alle nostre esigenze. presenza di servizio di sicurezza posto all'ingresso della struttura 24h su 24, normalmente sempre 2 addetti.
rumorosità delle camere, praticamente sei sulla strada e gli infissi non sono insonorizzati. Servizio di pulizia delle camere da rivedere perchè lascia molto a desiderare.
