The decor was to our taste and finished to a fairly good standard. Heating & hot water all worked well. The bathroom was nice. It was fairly close to the places we wanted to visit. It suited our family very well.

The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The kitchen space was a little awkward and the garden was uninspiring. Parking wasn’t good.

The property was clean and was suitable for what we needed it for.

Stylish house, great price for the night

Beautiful house , very warm and cosy on arrival . Beds are super comfy . Would 100% stay again.

Fully fitted with full kicked and a smart tv. Brilliant shower. Lovely decor. Very homely. Close to bus stop. We was originally gonna stay the one night but ended up act ending for 3 nights due to how nice it was. Internet provided.

The key has to collected from town. We were not told this and arrived at hotel at gone 11pm with a disabled 7 year old and no way of getting in. We had to order a taxi to town and back, which cost us £38 (due to their being a crash and built up traffic, I think it probably would normally cost around £20). The gas in the cooker turned off a few times. The bedroom door handles are really wobbly. Moved the couch slightly and there was half a rotten apple and some other crumbs. The kitchen light flickers. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable with no support. It is very small. We were two adults and a child I found it the perfect size. But apparently up to 6 people can sleep there however there is only three seats in the front room and four seats around the table so I’m not sure how that would work.

Quiet residential area, lovely stylish decor, warm and comfortable. Everything we needed in the kitchen.

I booked the property because it was on the outskirts of the city and pretty close to a climbing centre that my friends and I had been at during the afternoon. So the fact that we had to then drive into the city centre on a busy Friday teatime to collect keys, and then drive out again was a real pain. Surely a key box is the answer here. I've never previously had to do that, and I travel extensively. That was the only negative from our stay.
