Beautiful house great bathroom very modern.

No fans or air conditioning they didn't give us enough bed sheets.

the property was well finished and in a great location. had all the things we could need for our short stay.

the property itself was great other than a few cosmetic issues which were minor. we also had law enforcement agents attend the property which was concerning but that didn’t take away from the property.

clean and good location

Plenty of space for one or two people.

Not cheap - money then deducted from my damage deposit to cover washing dishes!!

Nice place to stay

Called on the morning of stay to request a credit card which I didnt feel comfortable with, tried to cancel and refused. Handed over credit card details over the phone... and all was OK

Sutton House was small but would have been perfect for 4 people staying - we were just two on this occasion. We found a parking space just 2 doors down the street. It's quite a walk into the centre of Plymouth (at least 50 mins) and you'd have to be quite fit to manage the hills. Luckily, we are! (This was just before Christmas and it was impossible to get taxis!) The decor is nice and modern, kitchen was well equipped, lovely hot shower and the whole place was spotlessly clean. We do intend to return on future trips - unless we find a similar apartment from the same company somewhat closer to the centre.

Minor niggles only: 1) hard to work out how to turn up central heating. 2) wifi information in the visitors book was out of date - it was a new router, which luckily had the code on the back. 3) wooden shower mat was broken. 4) only two working hooks for hanging coats in the hall. 5) a shelf in the shower to place toiletries would be appreciated. 6) could do with more hangers in the closet.
