Filoxenia Luxury Home Patras

I stayed here with my boyfriend during August and it was a lovely house, I would certainly recommend.

When booking on-line the photos suggested a spacious, modern-looking, clean apartment. Upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to discover that the apartment looked even better in real-life! The rooms were very spacious, the kitchen was very well set out, everything from the switches to the lights to the taps etc... functioned as they should. Only 5 minutes drive from the beach, 10 minutes from centre of town, very well positioned. The hosts were very welcoming, putting us at ease from the moment we arrived. This felt more like a home than a holiday rental. I would confidently recommend it to any friends or relatives looking for accommodation within Patra.

Couldn't fault it!

Our host was very helpful and assisted in many ways. The facility is modern, just been renovated. Only items missing is a cutting board and a microwave.

The property is just very far from any attraction and situated in a neighborhood that needs an upgrade.

It is a very clean apartment where you can feel at home. The owner has thought about everything you need. It is managed by the family, and you definitely feel at home.

Everything was great

Excellent apartment for a family. The apartment is clean, the furniture is new, the kitchen is well equipped. The communication with the owner was very good.

The apartment is brand new, clean and pleasant to be in! We were a group of six and the space was sufficient for us for an entire week. There were no unpleasant surprises, and the value for money is truly exceptional!

There is only one bathroom, but that was a calculated risk we took. No complaints.
