"Amazing modern apartment! Great location with everything nearby!"

The apartment is spacious and modern. The beach is 6 minutes away by car, the coffee shop is just right up the hill, the supermarket is 2 blocks away, and any craving you may have is 2 or 3 blocks away. The owners are so nice! Gianni and his dad Vasilis are very kind, and the hospitality is like no other!. We will definitely book with them next year when we come back to Patra! Amazing apartment with great location!

Everything was as perfect as it seemed online. Giannis is the best. He provided us with all the information we needed. The apartment is new, really lovely& tidy, simply perfect. The kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is very comfortable, living room, bathroom, and terrace are excellent. Location is great, no traffic but near to the center. Thanks, Giannis and Filoxenia Luxury Home Patras for a nice staying! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment.
