Verdure Lotus Classic Cruise on Lan Ha Bay

Biancherie erano macchiate. La cabina non era molto pulita. Il primo pasto era ok. Quelli successivi erano scarsi. I prezzi per le bibite sono troppo alti. Le attività scarse. La piscina era molto sporca. Ovviamente nessuno ci é entrato. Tutti i mobili sono vecchi e rovinati. La poltrona in camera era macchiata e sotto il letto era molto sporco. CDC

Staff were attentive without being intrusive. The morning Tai Chi session on the sundeck was incredibly relaxing. The bay looked magical with morning mist covering the water. The cabin itself was spacious and the bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast selection was simple.

Cruise was exactly what we were looking for: peaceful scenery, good service, fewer crowds compared to Ha Long Bay. and good price without unnotification hidden fees. The kayaking route through the hidden lagoons was amazing. We could hear nothing except birds and the sound od paddles touching the water. Special thanks to staffs, you do really well.

This cruise was the highlight of our honeymoon. The atmosphere onboard felt romantic and peaceful, especially during sunset. The sunset party on the sundeck was my favorite moment. Watching the sky turn orange over Lan Ha Bay while enjoying cocktails was unforgettable.

The seafood dinner onboard was one of the best meals we had in Vietnam. I especially enjoyed swimming in the Tra Bau area. The water was calm and ckn, perfect for relaxing after kayaking. Mr.Huy from the restaurant team provided excellent service throughout the trip and always remembered our table preferences.

Air conditioning in the room took a little time to cool down initially due to Summer Season

The cabin was clean, cozy, and had an amazing balcony view over Lan Ha Bay. Waking up surrounded by lymestone islands was unforgettable. The best activity for me was visiting Viet Hai Village on Cat Ba Island. Riding bicycles through the quiet village and seeing local life was a refreshing experience away from the busy cities. Mr. Johnathan was an excellent guide and explained many interesting things about local culture.

WiFi signal was weak sometimes, but honestly we preferred enjoying nature instead.

The cruise was smaller and quieter than many others, which made the atmosphere much more relaxing. The kayaking activity around Dark & Bright Cave was absolutely beautiful. Paddling through the calm water surrounded by limestone mountains felt unreal. We even saw local fishermen passing by in small boats. Cruise Staff was incredibly welcoming and always made sure guests were comfortable during the trip.

The journey felt too short because the scenery was so beautiful.

C’était une croisière familiale donc c’était sympa. Une nuit suffit. Le capitaine et le staff ont été très sympa.

Notre chambre était coller au moteur et à la cuisine, il y avait beaucoup de bruit, ma douche était casser la porte de la douche ne se fermait pas… niveau infrastructure le bateau a besoin d’un petit coup de neuf.

The room was fantastic, great size, large windows with small balcony, good bathroom. Views were great cruising Ha Long Bay

Apart from Daniel, crew manager, very young and doing his best, the crew weren't very friendly or engaging..I understand language barriers but a smile would be nice. All felt rushed, like they couldn't wait to get you on and off boat, through meals, so they could have their own party. Happy hour sunset with no music??? Nice spring roll making. Meals were average, at best and all arrived cold. Staff really need training. Not a lot of cruising, here to there and back again. Day trip was best part.
