Alles was top! Het is niet een super luxe hotel, maar dat vonden wij niet erg.

We liked the fact that the hotel offers a very tranquil and chilled type of rest. All the staff work really hard to provide their guests with the most relaxing experience. The hotel territory was simply beautiful and well taken care of. Our room had a magnificent view. The rooms are equipped with everything you might need all the way up to an spf lip balm 😅 the cleaning staff did an amazing job every time. I was looking forward to the breakfast each day: simple but good quality with always friendly staff serving us. We really rested well there - thank you.

There were a few minor details we needed help with, but those were solved pretty much immediately for us. So no complaints at all!

Tivemos días incriveis neste hotel. Fomos super bem tratados, a comida estava deliciosa. O Garcon Carlos foi super gentil e prestativo conosco, nos apoiou com nosso menú do dia e con reservas em restaurantes para o jantar. As instalacoes do hotel sao limpas e bem cuidadas.

Nao gostamos porque agua do chuveiro e da torneira era salgada, a piscina e muito pequena, não tem como aproveita la.

We stayed at the Niken for 2-weeks at the end of September. The service we received here was exceptional, and the food we enjoyed was some of the best in Tulum. The hotel provided us with a complementary breakfast. It consisted of juice, fruit, granola, and yoghurt, and a choice of either eggs or bread basket. Both options were delicious and very generous portion sizes. We enjoyed lunch here on most days, pictures attached. I’d highly recommend any of the dishes but my personal favourite was the grilled octopus salad. We also enjoyed the smoothies and amazing cocktails.

Super Lage direkt am Strand. Wunderschöne Aussicht direkt vom Zimmer aufs Meer. Restaurant bis 18.00 Uhr geöffnet mit grosser Auswahl. Direkt vis-à-vis hat es einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Speisetheke. Wir haben uns sicher gefühlt und würden das Hotel jeder Zeit wieder wählen.

Schade war, dass es eine Lotion gegen Moskitos gab die allerdings leer war und leider auch nicht aufgefüllt wurde. Auch das Duschmittel blieb leer.
