Niken Beachfront Tulum Hotel

It‘s quiet, great seaviews from the apartments on the first floor, handy to have a small supermarket just across the street, many restaurants around, nice beach (someone removes the seaweed daily but it comes back depending on the season), the restaurant is good (as we travelled low season we even got free breakfast), the cook managed to prepare glutenfree pancakes with gf flour I brought, the lady at the reception was very nice and they allowed a late check-out as it was low season

they didn‘t have mosquito plugs for the room, the pool was nice but with too many mosquitos to be really used

Great place, comfortable, clean and relaxing. Great food selection though it should have some more mexican local dishes ! Special thanks to the staff that made our stay very pleasant: Gustavo, Manuel, Gabriel, Carlos and Roberto. You guys were very kind to us, thanks (you went beyond yourselves to find us fresh fish !)

Sargassum... It's bad... The hotel cleans every morning so the beach is really nice but still, end of October and the water was still brownish.

Great property - beautiful beach . Away from loud music but close enough to all the restaurants and shops.

Swimming pool could be better maintained. I understand it’s rainy season , but would have loved a cleaner pool to jump in .

The property was absolutely beautiful! The staff was very nice and helpful. Being able to watch the sun rise over the ocean was spectacular! Evenings were nice and quite great for relaxing.

I loved the architecture of the place, the outdoor, the room and bathroom, very very nice. Staff was kind and room was clean and well furnished.

I didn’t like that the water in the bathroom was salty and we didn’t know. They give you bottles of water to brush your teeth. Also restaurant is not great and very expensive. No bar at night.

Veel stinkend zeewier (overal in Tulum). De private pool was vies.
