Good position

Upon arrival I could see straight away how dirty the property was just walking through the main front door having to walk over the rubbish bags in the hallway, the apartment had big cracks down the doorframes after sending pictures to the email we had we were moved to an upgraded apartment next door unfortunately that was just as bad we were offered for a cleaning person to come but after a long day in Blackpool all my family were exhausted and didn’t want the stress we wanted a bit of luxury while having a family weekend away but unfortunately it was not.

The apartment was lovely and clean and beds was well comfortable and easy key access it was a high spec apartment best I have been in since been coming to blackpool for past few years I will definitely book again next time going to blackpool

Only one thing I have to say is the Internet was always going off had to use my mobile data but thats the only thing

Excellent set up, we had both the Pinner & Wembley suite and they were both outstanding! Spacious, clean, everything was near enough brand new. The heating system was perfect & the toilets were spotless on arrival. The kitchen was equipped with everything you'd ever need! Even down to having a tea towel, oven glove, chopping boards, pans, and much more. The TV was huge in the Wembley making it feel extra special. The location was perfect , being right on the front. We also managed to park outside the property for free. The photos accurately represent the apartments. I would highly recommend & we will be booking for next year without a doubt 😊

It was very comfortable and staff were very supportive. Every questions we asked was answered swiftly and issues resolved immediately

we liked everything!! Beautifully decorated. Exceptionally clean. Great location and staff were really helpful. we couldn't find a fault anywhere and will definitely be returning. Thankyou serenity apartments 😀

Very overpriced apartment with sub-par facilities. Cold and damp due to defective window/seals. Wifi did not work and could not be picked up in basement bedrooms meaning no TV in either room. Book elsewhere.
