Lovely spacious apartment. Had everything we needed

Location good

Bed very uncomfortable , like sleeping on the floor. and living room emergency lighting stays on all night lighting up the room. We also had the fire alarm go off on Sat morning with no explanation.we also had a 2 year old with us and the pinner suite is in the bottom floor with a flight of stairs what was no good for a buggy.

fire alarm going off non stop bedding was not clean an then never changed after complaining frontroom an kitchen smelled awful when we first arrived couldn't push buggy through the building to Wembley apartments to fold every time going out or coming back in an the steps out side are very dangerous when wet for the children an my 76year old mother

The apartment was really nice it was in good location close to beach and shops. Kids loved it

Would be better if had washing machine and dryer. The Internet was bit of an issues but all in all it was a great apartment. Will be back

Great service and location.

Smart tv, lovely decor, great resources, close too pleasure beach. It had an iron and hairdryer. This would be good for customers to know so they don’t need to pack them definitely makes life easier.

There was a bag of dirty washing at the door as we came into the apartment but that didn’t affect our staff as the apartment itself was clean and tidy. Maybe he would be an idea for cloths to wash pots as bought some didn’t want to leave the apartment untidy, maybe leave out a dust pan and bush too help keep customers keep the apartment clean and tidy,

Nice and big plenty of space

The chairs were very wobbly not the best quality The settee arm literally came lose when we tryed to make it into the settee bed, they was the most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat on. The Internet was a nightmare, first wouldn't work then managed to log on with the help of another guest staying at the property but it just kept freezing, on the second night we decided on a takeaway and film as weather was shocking, it was impossible to watch anything, definately needs sorting along with the shoddy furniture, for the price I would expect better quality.
