Lihinya Beach Villa Ahangama

We loved everything! from the decor to service! Staff is exceptional, very thoughtful and caring! The beach is beautiful, the most beautiful one I’ve seen in Sri Lanka! I was choosing the hotel accordingly to my surfing experience,I was just a beginner surfer, but the waves were for more advanced ones!

I am not used to give the maximum scoring but this time it worth doing it. The hotel is the best one on the coast. It is located in front of the ocean so you wake up on the water. The hospitality and the flexibility offered were much higher than the best expectations. Michael made our journey there fantastic and we felt at home.

Good location - fantastic chef , the breakfast was great 👍 Lovely swimming pool & the sea swimming also good. Easy to climb on a local bus to go up to Galle or down to Mirissa.

The staff were incredible! Breakfast was excellent every morning. The location was superb - right on the beach! Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was a lovely size and has a beautiful view of the ocean.

Everting was great. Mikeal and staff were very helpful and friendly. Good location, Ahanghama beach was really close to accommodation. We had always a tasty breakfast with various fresh fruits. Thank you Lihinya Villa.

This place is like heaven! It's a small boutique villa directly on the beach in one of the best areas of Sri Lanka. Michael is a wonderful host and the chefs are super friendly. You really couldn't book a more perfect stay...I only wish I had longer!

Beautiful villa with the most amazing view of the ocean- The villa is on a quiet part of the beach with direct access to the beach. With only 4 rooms, it felt intimate and cosy, the staff were brilliant always smiling and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The room (we had a room on the 1st floor) was large with high ceilings, huge windows, large balcony, an extra large bed which was really comfortable with good quality linens and the bathroom has a lovely freestanding bath. The owner Michael was very welcoming and made us feel like valued guests. The staff were on hand to make us a delicious fresh breakfast in the morning and answer any queries and just for general chats!

it would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room so you could have coffee on the balcony but it was easy enough to pop down to get a drink at any time.

Best location beach front. Close to all the cafes and surf spots. Beautiful house Clean Small and feels like home The staff is amazing, kind and welcoming Great home cooked meals
