A lovely little one bed apartment, close to the racecourse and a one mile walk to the town centre. Everything you need for a short stay with free parking.

location was really good for shops and to the race course. the rooms was clean and to a very good standard, town center is near by, but a great shopping food center within walking distance.

the wifi didnt work, the tv couldnt change stations, the bathroom had a few issues 1st the bath plug was broken, the 2nd was the the bath taps was loose,

Received information about access promptly, clean, and nicely decorated. Perfect location for us, parking available. Would recommend.

Only small thing, kettle could do with descaling

The location could not be better for the racecourse and places to eat

There wasn't any shower gel or shampoo etc provided (although listed in the description) so had to nip to Asda, and although there was a fully equipped kitchen, there were no dishwasher tablets. Also, although the bed was reasonably comfy, it was small.

Location of the property was great, spacious and free onsite parking was a big plus! All in all, would stay again, great for what we wanted it for.

No instructions left about how to access TV apps. I did message the host about this, but no response. The check out information was confusing, the instructions that got sent over gave two different ways to check out and then there was also a note on the door which ended up being incorrect.
