Great location on a lovely estate, close to great amenities Really clean and when I messaged to ask if any extra toilet rolls they went out way to bring us more The large chair was super comfy

Nothing we didn’t like

The location was great for the races. Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds including the sofa bed in the front room. . Great shower. Pretty well equipped overall. Good value. We would stay again.

Bit tired in places with a mishmash of furniture. No mirror on the dressing table. No hand soap in the bathroom. Not quite spotless. Dust here and there and a grotty dishwashing sponge. Shower grout grubby. A weird dust collecting decor thing in bathroom. Not bringing anything to the experience. Arrival instructions inaccurate so we had to call the office to get in.

It was close to where I was working and very good communication

It was dirty well discussing marks and stains all over carpets settee even on the sheets pillows and towels were rubbish and I even found some underpants slightly under sofa how come none of this was spotted when supposedly cleaned. Who would class this as a luxury apartment not me .

Location, parking, apartment all good

Did not receive instructions for entry to the apartment, contacted company who informed me that apartment was double booked, I was at racecourse and had been drinking, they gave me another address but would of had to drive. Eventually sorted by company to a apartment close by.
