Durban Luxury Apartments, 1101 Ocean Pearl

The view was nice. It's was close to everything

The stove oven was not working the washing machine was not working. The bed was not comfortable

Nothing i liked because we ordered 2 private bedrooms but got one private bedroom, other room was without a door

I didn't like anything about the place because we didn't get help when we complained about a wrong apartment they gave us, the description about the rooms we booked is not what we got, and calling bookings dot com they were not answering our calls as we wanted to lodge a complaint , the experience was so bad, not happy at all because we were forced to book for another apartment somewhere else

The space was big enough. The ocean view from the windows and the balcony was great👌🏾

Not personal but the receptionist is not that customer.er welcoming.

The ocean view from the apartment, lovely, ocean just a street away, safe and friendly area especially with kids. Lifts are always working, Spar is 1 shop away for all your basic shopping, parking is very safe and secure. Good swimming pool area with braai stands. Manager Ahmed and owners very helpful as lights was running low and they quickly sent a recharge voucher. Aircon working plus extra fans in apartment.

When I got to the place it said 10 south instead of Ocean pearl luxury apartment. They should place a sign stating ocean pearl luxury apartment or change ocean pearl to 10 south.

The apartment is nice.

The area, the cleanliness and what we saw was not what we expected based on the pictures on bookings.com
