Location was perfect right behind Teatro Politeama very handy to walk everywhere. Apt itself was lovely and fully equipped and I was able to check in early with very straightforward details.

The apartment was in an excellent location - walkable to anywhere you would want to be in the city itself, and close to lots of bus stops for buses/trains to day trips further afield. The facilities were great with a comfy bed, spacious room, wardrobe, small kitchen, etc, and a cute little terrace.

A few qualms that unfortunately bring my rating down. First of all, communication was poor. I didn't hear back from the property for 3/4 days after my booking when asking for a late check in. Everything was fine in the end as they sent information as I landed, but it made me a bit anxious when not hearing back at all. Secondly, the apartment is poorly soundproofed. I was woken up every morning either by the workers outside the terrace or staff in the hallway - you can see the gaps in the door where sound is just leaking through! Third, and minor point but one to consider, the apartment requires you to insert a key to turn on the lights and electricity. This key is located a good few steps away from the door, which doesn't sound like much of an issue but when you're entering the apartment in the nighttime with no light coming through from the outside, it's really hard to lock the front door and find the hole to enter the key to switch on the electricity in the pitch black!

Despite being on the ground floor, this property is very quiet, cozy and safe. It has five apartments - some face the courtyard, some (like ours) open onto a very quiet dead-end street (quiet even during the day), with stylish window grilles. The renovation is decent and tidy. Absolutely everything you need is provided in the (small) bathroom and (spacious) kitchen. Around the corner you'll find the lively Teatro Politeama area and the Via della Libertà and Via Ruggero Settimo shopping streets. Communication with the landlord is easy and effective - minor technical issues were resolved immediately. A great bonus: you can leave your luggage after check-out at a small reception area — they give you a key so you can come back for it later.

Not a dislike, just a piece of advice: The double bed is the standard Italian width of 165 cm, which is very narrow for the two of us. We recommend asking in advance for the second, larger, and surprisingly comfy pull-out bed (shown in the listing photos). The third sleeping option is a narrow and very uncomfortable pull-out armchair-bed, usually kept in the kitchen - suitable only for a child. The beautiful stone floors are cold, so bring slippers.

Śniadania to fikcja. Opcja ich dokupienia polega na zakupie śniadania w restauracjach - brak jednak takich w pobliżu apartamentu. Najbliższe to ok. 300 m. Opcja widok na miasto to chwyt marketingowy - patrz zdjęcie. Taras - to był hit. Taras zabudowany murem na jakieś 3 metry i jedyne co widać to niebo i balkony z sąsiedniego budynku (nasi deweloperzy mogą się tutaj uczyć jak być mistrzem „patodeweloperki“. Apartament bez okna.
