Everything was brilliant!

I liked almost everything the hot tub the beds shower bath everything looked so clean I felt like I should have been there but honestly amazing place

The tv in the front room and the bedroom didn't work the best to be honest

The bluetooth hottub The layout of the lodge and the size, was spacey and comfortable

Rule of no hottub after 10pm - no other holiday park or lodge i've been to over the years has this rule. Not much privacy when in hottub as the lodges are close together with bedrooms onlooking the hottub of the neighbouring lodge. Could do with like a little bit of a fence for privacy. The people staying the lodge opposite, their two kids were just casually walking around in and out of the gaps between the lodges leaving zero privacy for anyone that was trying to enjoy the hottubs at that time which was pretty annoying and i get thats not the fault of king richards lodges. The lights at the end of each lodge outside could do with a switch to turn off when needed it was very bright. Nobody at reception on checkout another couple helped us get out as we left keys in the door to our lodge (don't know if they got out ok). Abit of a rushed check in (given the traffic that leads to leicester should be more flexible) if you reach after half 6 not really a good start to your break.

Check in, greeting and staff were good. Spacious lodges with good sized living space and bathroom. Grounds around them were really well kept with good parking and lots of green space. Hot tub was good and a decent size as well

Mattress in main room was unsupportive and squidgy. Base of the 2 seater sofa had gone soft so felt like you fell into it rather than sat on it. Plates, dishes and glasses weren’t very clean so all had to be rewashed

Hot tub was well maintained and very clean .

Although the hot tub was lovely I wish it was a little more private as everyone could see you .
