DEAbsolutely spotless! And everything we needed was there. 7 minutes walk away from the Botanical Gardens, 2 minutes away from the train station, Tesco's and 20 seconds from Gail's Bakery. Hostess was very kind and accommodating!
It was great, but I can imagine in the summer it gets quite hot with being on the top floor. Hostess very helpful though, I'm sure there is a fan to help.
GBAlthough it appeared available online, after I made the reservation the lady claimed it wasn’t and tried to push me to stay at another place far from where I had booked and needed to be.
GBLocation is great, the staffs are very helpful and nice. Next visit I will choose this apartment.
The door rather difficult to open
ESThe location of the flat was perfect. Very good for two or three people. Train station, supermarkets and restaurants very close by, great, and bus stop.
there was no toilet paper replacement, The lift wasn't working, and climbing six floors without a lift was awful because my young daughter was with me.

ROI had a confirmed booking for Home2Home – Mill Park in October 2025, for 3 nights. However, the property was not available, because there was not warm water and heating in the apartment (This is what we were told). Cherie, the contact person for this property, told me that we could stay for 2 nights in another apartment and that I would receive a refund from Booking.com for the last night. We stayed for 2 nights in the alternative apartment, and on the final night of our stay in Cambridge we had to book a hotel. Unfortunately, I have not received the refund, and Cherie is no longer responding to my messages. It seems to be a classic scam. I talked to Booking and you didn't talk to them about the refund. you act as if everything was all right.

NGEVERYTHING!!!! We had a great stay as a family and the hosts made EVERYTHING so easy and accomodating. They even upgraded us to a two bathroom apartment and when they were told we had a car, they quickly made the permit available. I would definitely recommend and hopefully look forward to booking again for my daughter's convocation. A big thank you to the hosts, it really was Home2Home.
