The housekeeping staff. Very polite, friendly and helpful.

The wood floor throughout the in Carriage Cottage was so squeaky it made walking on it so noisy. It made our stay there not pleasant. Also, the two metal dining chairs were very uncomfortable to sit on. Would not recommend that unit.
