We love the 2 big rooms connected as one big house. We love the woody property that is very close to downtown Mendocino. Very quiet and safe. The unit that we got needs a few upgrades. The carpet has to go. The other units have hardwood floors. The wifi is weaker at night, u cant watch anything. Same goes w the cellphone signal, cant make a phone call not surf the internet even if you used your own data. The staff were very friendly and front desk personnel were quick to response. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Altes Farmhaus, wo grundsätzlich alles funktioniert. Öffnen der Fenster zwecks Frischluft ist ein Problem; extreme Hellhörigkeit durch sehr dünne Wände. Die permanente Küstennähe hinterlässt leider einen etwas muffigen Geruch im Zimmer. Für eine Nacht okay.

Situation

Pas de télé avec une alerte rouge tsunami sur les côtes californienne. Nous étions renseignés par la famille française. Le logement est à l’arrière du bâtiment avec très peu de lumière pas du tout agréable

The home and grounds beautiful and creative way to have set up their rooms. Our room was cozy and very Victorian. We had a slight view of the ocean a nice bottle of wine was waiting for us. Great location if you want to get away without interruptions!!!! Romantic for sure- if I had been with my husband and not daughter lol

So this is not so much the host fault- but, the host is not on property and there is NOOOO reception!! Even when we turned our wifi on we were not able to make calls. Although we were able to access our room, another guest had problems and a number of us tried helping her. It took an hour for her to finally get into her room. The location is beautiful!!! But we were not familiar with the area. We arrived around 7:30 hungry and tired- Nothing was open lol. And again because there is no reception we gave up even trying to find something and went to bed hungry (not the end of the world, but...). Note to self if staying here again- bring you own food or eat out before 6. Having a host on property would have been helpful. In our text we were told they were next door, but even that proved to be a bit of a challenge.

I was an amazing experience clean, quiet, relaxing and close to attractions.

We were out early in day so by evening a small Tv would have been nice. And also access to ice somewhere. Otherwise room was lovely and wine much appreciated.
