Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace

The hospitality of all hotel staff particularly Mr. Narpat, is the best. He goes out of bound to help the guests. The hotel is quite safe and offers excellent location to explore near by attraction. Also the hotel gives a feeling like a local stay enriching the Rajasthan's lifesyle . The hotel roof top offers a good view of the fort and the town.

Sub-standard. No concept of toiletries or room service. Had to ask several times to get cleaned.

They did not allow me to eat outside food in the hotel. We went there to enjoy various varieties of foods as well. But hotel had restrictions. Bedsheets were very old ones and torn also....(worn out actually). We asked to change, but nobody attended.

Walking distance from Jaisalmer Fort and Patwa Haveli. Open air terrace was good.

I would have liked at least one openable window to the room, given its dark-colored decor. Ahead of the check-in, at least 5 people from 5 different numbers called me to confirm if I am actually going to check-in. I understand its high season but you know what I had made full advance payment and none of the guys who called had it in their records !!! After a couple of calls, I truly felt like I was not really welcome :p Another important aspect - no proper parking place - and I had checked about it upfront. Space that was made available was just by the roadside at the mercy of flowing traffic, humanity and animals. Lastly, cleanliness of the precinct in which the property was located and overall town, as such, leaves generous space for improvement.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean.
