The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. The property was neat and clean. The manager of the hotel Shri Narpat Singh is an amazing man and very much supportive. He went extra miles and made sure that we have a memorable visit to jaisalmer. He made all the arrangements for a local visit and made sure that we are not getting charged extra by any of the local transport guys and shops. He actively guided us about the city which made our travel very comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks to Shri Narpat Singh and the Prithvi Palace hotel for their kind service. Keep up the good service.
