"UBICACION EXCELENTE"

Excelente ubicación. Se llega fácilmente a todos los puntos de interés en Palermo. Gran amplitud del apartamento, tal cual se ve en las fotos, ideal para compartir . Dispone de dos habitaciones y un sofá cama. Dos baños y un aseo. Para tres parejas considero que una de ellas no dispondría de suficiente intimidad, el sofá cama se encuentra en el acceso a la cocina. Las habitaciones y los baños no cuentan con un diseño tan cuidado como el amplio salón e incluso una de ellas es más bien ajustada, con un colchón un poco grande para la cama, lo que lo hace incomodo. Cocina con los útiles necesarios, pero no hicimos uso de ellos, salvo para el desayuno. Silencioso y tranquilo.

No es fácilmente solucionable por la propiedad del apartamento, pero la vecina de arriba tira objetos al patio, lo que pudo ocasionar un disgusto e impide un uso adecuado deL espacio al aire libre.

Amazing Location! Friendly Service and All the Amenities You Need in the Apartment Spacious with especially large windows in the living room

There is a mold smell in the master bedroom due to the lack of sunlight in that room.

Great location. 15 mon to train, bus line right outside. Code to get on so no keys. Beautiful place. Big kitchen. Quiet with lots of windows.
