The apartment was clean and very spacious. It's good for traveling with family or two couples. It is centrally located and we walked almost everywhere. We would definitely book this apartment again. The property manager was very helpful and responsive.

This apartment has a 10 "wow factor" when you enter. You enter a huge living/dining room with vaulted ceiling, harwood floors and a wall of windows looking out on the patio. The leather sofas have recliners on each end. The lighting is striking and two a/c units keep the temp just right. Once you move beyond this entry impression, the apartment has a good sized kitchen and two bedrooms with ensuite. They are certainly acceptable but do not rise to the level of the entry. The location is excellent on one end of an extensive market area. Several local shops where you can buy wine, beer, etc but groceries are about a 10 - 15 minute walk in a full service supermarket (Lidl).

There were a couple of minor issues which the host corrected very quickly. The rent was approximately 25% higher than a somewhat similar apartment in Siracusa (Ortegia).

It was gorgeous property better than the photos. Also the owner was super kind! We will definitely stay there again.

The open living area was great for our group of five. The in room air conditioners were great for sleeping comfort.

The throws on the couches did not fit well and bunched up when using the furniture. It would have been more comfortable to use the couch with protection that for well or not have it at all.

However there was an overwhelming smell of mould and damp in the apartment. We could see where there was damp in the floorboards. We opened all doors and windows but it persisted. I would consider this a health risk. I had to use my inhaler several times as I felt I could not breathe. Not a suitable environment for children or anyone with asthma

Everything was excelent, very central location, very nice apartment with great living room, big terrace, nice design. We enjoyed every minute! Great for family with kids.

We had a small problem with the ants at the beginning in the kitchen and afterwards in the living room. You just have to clean everything every time you eat/cook.

Stylish loft in the historical center of Palermo, car not needed, accommodates 6 adults easily, courtyard is a benefit

Location / Surface of the flat / easy access / restaurants around / safe place / nice materials and facilities / in the center

Hard to find a parking around for the car... / one room had mold on the ceiling (should be painted again) which had no impact for us as we stayed 2 nights.
