Modern Ocean Beach Apartment

Cute, cozy & convenient! Great shower, warm water! The bedroom nearest to the bathroom bed frame was quite squeaky when moving or sitting on it but it was otherwise comfy! Enjoyed the gated area for some safety!

Trying to find parking in the area is difficult in the evenings. And our SUV, it wouldn’t fit in tiny garage.

Convenient location, modern, spacious for 5, well equipped.

The mattresses are a little too firm but just personal preference.

The property was very organized, updated and clean. The owners were very receptive with communication. We will definitely stay again!

Small garage- BUT was noted prior to coming it was going to be small and larger SUV’s won’t fit.

Centrally located, had a garage and areas by the liquor store for parking. Cute apartment, quiet area. Dan and Becky were good hosts, we were ready to check in early. Love that there is a washer and dryer.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Location was fantastic and property really clean and tidy. Small touches like beach towels available for use.

Great unit with everything we needed. It was a great place to rest. The beds were very comfortable. Having the washing machine and kitchen was a bonus

The garage was small but handy to have

Modern, spacious and well-equipped house. Perfect and quiet location up to 5 - 10 minutes walking distance from the ocean beach. We used car and bus for transportation to the city sights/attractions. House was very clean and comfortable for our family of 6 (2 adults + 2 adults + senior + 1 kids 4 yrs old). Garage incl. beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys available. Dan and Becky / owners were very friendly, very helpful with perfect communication.

I loved the location, the garage parking, the amount of space, the bedding. The beds were extremely comfortable so much that my friend was asking about what mattresses were on them. I really liked the proximity to ocean beach as well as to other sights/attractions.

The AC didn’t seem to be working as strongly after the first day. We set it to 68 and it was cool the first night but it didn’t seem to stay that cold the following two nights. There were also some scuff marks on the walls (not a huge deal but some people might care)

Garagen sind so klein das man nicht Platz… Kein Parkplatz mehr frei um den ganzen Block… Kein sauberes Wasser ( nur so ein kleiner Filterbehälter) Terrasse nur mit lautem Lärm von der Klimaanlage nicht zu benutzen … Fluglärm den ganzen Tag ( wie am Flughafen)…
