Such a lovely place, had everything you needed!

The location and coziness was perfect

A beautiful setting down a quiet lane, The Lodge was homely and cosy. Nice touches with beautiful bed linen and well stocked kitchenette. Friendly village and a great base to visit the area. I would say you need a car to optimise your stay.

Like the quietness and the beautiful surrounding area. It was a lovely touch to have milk cerials coffee and tea in the lodge to start off our stay. The bed was comfy.

The only downside was the sofa was uncomfortable to sit on.

From the moment we arrived the lodge was easy to access, the hosts instructions were clear and the lodge was equipped with everything we needed. The bed was comfortable, shower was lovely and the lodge was very warm and cosy.

We bought our dog and although there were fantastic walks, the garden was not completely secure, luckily we bought our long lead so he was able to explore without venturing off too far!

The lodge was well equipped and cosy, all fittings were real quality and the shower and WiFi connection were excellent 👌🏾 We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend 🐣 we would also recommend the roasts at Holcombe Farm Shop and Kitchen.

The only downside was the mattress was a little too hard for us but that’s our personal preference.

Absolutely loved everything about this property. Everything you could need while you’re there including an iron and hairdryer. There was no TV but the place was that nice you didn’t need one!

Really quiet and nicely set out/decorated. Very homely. Dog friendly and convenient for walks etc.
