When we were there it was very silent in the room, which is unusual for Dumaguette. All in the apartment was nice, a little small, but modern, renovated and clean

Nice and quiet. Had everything you needed. Washing machine was super handy. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance. Pool is a great added benefit
