Aliste Suites Marina Spatial

Could not recommend Aliste Suites enough! The location is great, the apartment is super clean and had everything we needed, including a washing machine. The apartment complex had a swimming pool and gym which were great additions. The hosts were lovely and friendly! They were super helpful and even arranged airport transfer for us super early in the morning! We really wish we had longer but if we ever come back to Dumaguete, we’ll definitely rebook here!

One of the best location in Dumaguete City. Clse from everything, Port, airport, Robinson Mall.Across the street there are two excellent restaurant, Racer and Lantaw restaurants. If you love seafood and imported beef you must visite these restaurants. On Wendsday from 6.00PM to 9.00PM Racer has a buffet dinner, best of the best. Going back to the apartment, the kitchen is full of small applainces where you can cook any dish you wish. Air com very strong. The bed very comfortable. Plus you have pool, gym, basketball, pool table. Security guards all over the property. If you visit Dumaguete City you can not miss to book in these buildings and specially this apartment because is one of the best deals in Dumaguete

Location is very good. Room is clean and spacious. Complete appliances.

The location is very close to Dumaguete Ferry Port, 2-minute walk to Escaño beach, and to vibrant pubs and restaurants. Cafe Racer and Lantaw restaurants are just accross the street. The hosts made sure that our needs were met all the time.

Everything was perfect. The rooms have both mountain and sea views. The place is very close to the beach, lovely pubs and restaurants. The host and her team were very prompt in attending to our needs. All you have to do is communicate.

No TV because of construction. Not informed. Microwave was unable to be plugged in. Under construction everywhere. Elevator broke down with people inside. Hallways had no ventilation.

The place is a brand new condominium building with an amazing view and a gorgeous poolsite. The Appartment is fully furnished in a modern style and an appealing design with a touch of luxury. Great deal and a great stay. Ana from the support team helped us with any questions in the kindest wa,y. I'd recommend every visitor to Dumaguete to give this place a chance. Two thumbs up! ❤️

The unit has a lovely set-up and very tidy.

There is no car parking space.

The property is very well located accessible to everything from markets, shops, restaurants, etc. The unit is very cozy and typically a very comfortable home feels away from home. It is very clean and very organized. You have everything at hand like fridge, washing machine, microwave and alike. The rooms are very comfy. The staffs are very accommodating and are readily available at your disposal should you need anything. I highly recommend should anyone want to have a wonderful stay in the area.
