House in historic Winchester

Location was fab!

The floors were dirty and covered in crumbs, food under and around recliner chairs. Outside of property is shabby.

Location was excellent. Very close to town centre

It was cold upstairs. There was no heat in the bedrooms

Location was superb.

Cooker was known not to be working but still a problem when we got there so we had cook on the hob only.

House was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a family get together.

The property was in a great location, right on the City centres doorstep with plenty of local parking, it was very well laid out and equipped with a relaxing hot tub too, I had a couple of questions on route that were instantly answered with nothing too much trouble, I beyond doubt with definitely stay again, I’m looking forward to returning

Not much to like - other than the location. Very close to the Town.

The Host left us waiting on his doorstep for 2 hours, and didn't answer any calls or messages until I managed to have Booking.com intervene for me. The cleaner had gone sick and he was playing Rugby... I know things do go wrong, but it is the way these things are dealt with that can make all the difference. In the interim we actually went to the trouble of booking a Hotel for the night, which we had trouble cancelling in the end. The house wasn't very clean or fresh. The surfaces in the kitchen were very sticky.

Very clean, with everything we needed. Perfect location.

The jacuzzi in the garden was perfect.
