The inside of property was clean .

The approach is from back door. This was very untidy,foul smelling. Poor direction for parking.

Clean & tidy. Good size. Relatively cheap Convenient walk to Twickenham

No twin bed room as advertised (had to sleep on sofa). Really grotty location- entry via bin store with numerous rats. Communication from company to gain access was via awful webpage with poor communication

I wasn’t impressed. The approach to the property is not from the High Street as per the address provided. Instead from a back street. What’s more, the was rubbish right outside the door. A lot of it too. Information provided to get there and get into the property was not accurate either. The apartment smelled of pee. The was cigarette ends all over the balcony too.

The location was very good, 5 mins walk to the underground, and bus also.

Our stay at the apartment was disappointing due to several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The washroom was barely cleaned before our arrival, with noticeable stains on the floor around the toilet, which was very unpleasant. Additionally, the building's entry area was quite dirty and smelly because of nearby restaurant backdoors, attracting numerous flies and mosquitoes. This made it impossible to air out the apartment or open the balcony door. Furthermore, the Wi-Fi was not working throughout our stay. Despite multiple attempts to get it fixed and scheduling two appointments, no one came to resolve the issue until our last day. This forced us to rely on data roaming. When someone finally came to fix the Wi-Fi, I mentioned our concerns about cleanliness, and she cleaned the washroom floor at that moment. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and these issues significantly impacted our stay.

Excellent, well-equipped flat with great modern facilities. Good location.

It is difficult to find the apartment in the beginning, as the sign is too small and can go unnoticed, and since the entrance is from behind, it makes it more confusing. They need to replace a bigger signboard to make it easy for guests, Needs more coordination between the staff who communicate through booking.com and directly.through email and phone. Had to communicate and repeat the same information to different staff.
