Location & Apartment is good.

No lift for guests to shift their luggages. Asking for security money & not sharing key password even after 100% rent paid in advance is highly condemnable.

Check in process and proximity to public transport.

The entrance is through a dump site. The hallway carpets are damp and smell cigarettes. The apartment is basically filled with deep smell of cigarettes that can not be washed away. I got sick after one night on the bed.

Couldn’t find the property had to go somewhere else

The property is clean and spacious. Had all the necessities.

The only fault is that there are no lifts which made it difficult to carry the bags to the floor

The apartment is located in high street and that makes it easy to get to shops and restaurants.

1. The place had no lift facility. This was not mentioned anywhere. I had to carry all my luggage to the fourth floor and get to my apartment. 2. The very first day, I noticed that there was no lock on the bedroom door to the balcony. This was accessible by the next apartments and the high street. They did come and corrected it next day evening. This is not acceptable. I was also informed that there was no security in the building and I was not able to sleep due to fear. I travelled from India that day and this affected my health badly. 3. The wifi connection was not available in the apartment. I was asked to share it with the next apartment which was not at all stable. Also I was asked to contact the wifi provider directly and I spend almost one day talking about what the issue is and how to correct it. They promised they will deliver a new router and one engineer will come and check the issue. I was asked to wait in the apartment from 1 pm to 6 pm, the scheduled time for the engineer to come. He never showed up and there goes the second day just for a stable wifi. 4. I did the booking for 2 weeks as this was my temporary accommodation. Within this two weeks, just one time the cleaning team came and changed the sheets. In total my stay with Charles Hopes apartment was not at all satisfactory. I paid a good amount for the facilities they offered in the website and this was non refundable. If at all anyone is interested to book the apartment, please do check the lock is working.

Neat and well kept, location is perfect for everything.
