Guest House Rooms Birmingham

Lovely quiet location in the suburbs of Birmingham near Bourneville. Great range of teas, also coffee and fresh milk and snacks. Very clean and good communication from the host.

Mattress was a little too hard for us and the shower holder was too high to reach.

Lots of room and very comfortable bed. Plenty of tea and coffee choices. Having a robe was a nice extra!

The only downside was there wasn’t any milk for our tea/coffee. We made do though

Room and kitchen were well equipped and clean. Nice that bread and milk were available.

TV was sticky. Bathroom too small. Felt uncomfortable not knowing if I would bump into someone else in the kitchen in the morning. Received incorrect key code but quickly rectified.

It was nice that we had the house to ourselves. Our bedroom was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Slippers and dressing gowns were lovely touches.

The fridge in the kitchen had milk, eggs, bacon, yoghurt and other bits in. It would have been nice is it was made clearer what you could use as a guest. There was also fruit in a fruit bowl.

Really comfortable stay at Zak's place. We were in Birmingham for a birthday and so the location was great for us - a quiet cul de sac close to the cafes and bars of Kings Heath. Private room with ensuite bathroom. Incredibly clean with good in room facilities like water, tea and coffee and breakfast cereals. Zak greets you warmly but then gives you space. Parking is on the drive outside the house. All good!
