Clean and comfortable, Nice quiet area, Fantastic facilities and a nice warm welcome from Zac

There is nothing I can say it was all so good

Room was clean and with all that was necessary. WiFi fast. Plenty of bathroom towels, shower gel, shampoo. very accommodating host (I arrived later than expected and he contacted me about where to find the keys and how to enter the property). Easy to get to the University of Birmingham if you have a car.

The property is not really close to any restaurant/pub - will need the car when there.

Lovely house very well maintained and clean. We had only booked one bedroom but had access to the kitchen, living room and garden too. On the date of our visit there were no other guests so we had the house to ourselves which was lovely for me and my husband and the dog! Our welcome from Zak was great - we felt very much at home!

There were far too many knick-knacks and fussy bits for my taste and we had to keep moving things away from the dog The bathroom had a lot of personal items in and made it feel a lot like you were in someone's home There was no toilet paper in our bathroom - but I easily found some downstairs in the other bathroom All small things, but made it a little less than perfect!

Pleasant owner that goes above and beyond. Clean and quiet environment. The little extras were a bonus (drinks and food available).

Everything was fantastic. Amazing room, has everything one would need. Clean, comfortable. Has a small Co-Op nearby to buy food as well as some pubs too. Zak makes you feel very welcome. Totally recommended.

The wifi signal could be stronger. If working on several devices at the same time the signal was a bit weak and things would take a wee longer. Nonetheless, Zak mentioned there are two wifi rooters available and depending where in the house you are you need to be switching in between.
