"Very poor"

Location was good

Not being able to get into the apartment as the digital door locks were not working. Had to wait 2 hours outside the apartment (until2.30am) for a technician to come and let us in and then being offered a miserly compensation of around £40 for a £200+ a night. Our first night/day was ruined.

"Great apartment in the heart of Lisbon"

Great apartment with everything you need right in the heart of Lisbon. It is walking distance to most of the attractions and on the metro with trams nearby. There are great restaurants in the street behind the apartment. The apartment is spacious and modern and was everything we needed for a few days in Lisbon.

We moved the rug from under the bed to cover more of the floor and promptly put it back as the section under the bed was very filthy.

"The apartment was lovely and the location was fantastic."

No breakfast at this location. Loved space. location and having the elevator was a plus!

The only negative was that I was supposed to have been given a free ride from the airport. There some confusion and had 2 drivers contacting me and I ended up paying for the taxi.

"Good place with potential for improvement"

The location is very good. Near to the spots and there ware plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The room is big enough for 4 people.

No laundry detergent. That is unusual for an holiday apartment with wash machine. No hook for bath towel in the bathroom. The balcony is facing the backyard of a restaurant / hotel with a lot smoke and cooking smell.

The location is perfect for exploring all areas of the city

Because of the restaurants all around the apartment (which is great) the constantly smalls of food.
