FLH Restauradores Luxus Flat

I've been searching for the property we were going to stay for a long time and really couldn't have picked a better place. The location was perfect! It is a two-floor apartment located on the 4th floor (has an elevator) which has 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with shower, 2 living room areas, a huge table, incredible kitchen, balcony with table and chairs... I don't know what to say, we were surprised. The photos, while they are accurate, do not capture how wonderful the house was! We were there in the blackout and I think if we had stayed somewhere else we would have been a lot more stressed. We felt like home really! Cleaner than any hotel I have ever stayed! As for the comments I saw about the beds, have nothing to do with it, we slept wonderfully! And the price was so low for what it offers you!

Without any exaggeration, there is nothing to mention! And my friends don't say easy a good word!

Location was excellent. Right by a metro and lots of buses. Lots of shops and restaurants and close to Barrio Alta area for views and nightlife. The apartment has great natural light during the day with a lovely balcony. Elevator!! Beds were comfortable.

No art on the walls. Light bulbs were missing in the bathroom making it very dim. Bare minimum of supplies - one dish towel, one dishwasher pod, no paper towels or napkins, no salt/pepper. It didn’t “feel like home” in that respect. Corners were dusty, there were cigarette butts on the balcony, and a dirty towel left behind. Sink was clogged in one bathroom which they came to fix.

Spacious, updated property that was very comfortable. Location was great. Everything was very clean. Loved the washer and dishwasher. Wood floors were beautiful. Building was historic and very nice with an elevator. Would rent there again.

Mattresses were a bit hard but linens were beautiful and comfortable. Microwave was difficult to figure out.

The bed mattresses were too firm for our liking. The bathrooms could use an exhaust fan to prevent peeling & potential mildew problems.

Perfect all round.

Locationwise perfect, inside 2 bedrooms and living room and TV room, overall it is more than enough for 2-3 children families. Clean.

Great location. Very comfortable.

The location is perfect. The property is beautiful and very well managed. Everything was done remotely. Given that you are on the verge of all the top spots and next door to the metro, it is very quiet.

Very difficult to find fault with this property. What we did find we fed back to the owner's. They were small and not worth calling out.
