Very weak A/C and noisy street under the bedroom windows

Appartamento al terzo piano senza ascensore, quindi difficoltoso portare i bagagli. L'accoglienza non è stata fatta da persone ma tramite messaggi telefonici. Aria condizionata rotta in giornate incandescenti e ventola del bagno rotta. Se si accende l'asciugacapelli salta il contatore. Scarsa disponibilità dell'host a risolvere i problemi. Soggiorno rovinato!

Location. And tha appartement looked amazing

Excellent location in a quiet courtyard literally less than a minute from the famous Piazza Erbe. The Lounge kitchen area is spacious as are two of the bedrooms.

The small bedroom would be acceptable if it was prepared as a bedroom, however, it is presented as the cleaners room i.e. the place to leave the bucket and mops, vacuum cleaner etc. The wardrobe had all the dusters and clothes on the pole (no hangars available) and the bottom of the wardrobe was full of boxes, numerous sprays, more cloths, and a lot of sheets and towels, plus the top shelf was full of toilet rolls and more boxes. There was a small cot to rock a tiny baby in, otherwise there was absolutely nowhere to hang any clothing, no drawers or shelving to place anything. The instruction to enter the apartment assumes that everyone has functioning data and even possesses a smart phone! We were relying on the words and given that 2 Piazzetta Moretti is a jewellery shop it gets very confusing to follow the instructions with another jewellery shop around the corner. (the second around the corner being the correct one)

Very good location, amazing livingroom and confortable beds in the bedroom. Clean and beautifull.

The location is superb and the lounge area beautiful. The beds were comfortable and level of cleanliness was good

There is only ac in the lounge - in August it is very hot in Verona and we did find it hard to sleep in the bedrooms however there were fans provided. The shower needs a bit of updating.
