Location and the interior design of the apartment are the best.

Initally, it was very cold in the apartment, we contacted the host and his answer was that from April,there is a city law that doesn't allow heating to be turned on🤔 Besides our request to find an alternative heater or something as it was very cold, his answer was that there was nothing he could do. Then we realised that there was no hot water as well🥶 Someone showed in our apartment, without any notice in advance, that someone would come and see the problem. After many attempts to fix it, it came out that the heater and the hot water just haven't been turned on 🔳, very simple thing which should have been checked before the guests' arrival. On the day of the checkout, we had a question, but the host answered more than 2 hours later. I truly recommend improving the professionalism of the host as the property is very nice, and it's a pity to be managed from unprofessionals.
