I was offered a room which was dirty, pathetic, and stinking of smoke. Later I was shifted to another room wherein I figured out that the bedsheet was stained with human body fluids. It was a gross sight when I asked them to change the mattress, to my horror I found the mattress stained with blood and all sorts of bodily fluids. The washroom was dirty, and the curtains were marked with Gutka and spit. I felt like I might get a contagious disease, even if I lay down on the bed. The hotel is not for families, I hope you understand what I am emphasizing. I immediately checked out. The refund is still awaited.
