The location was amazing. The street was quiet. The rooms were very unique; our groups loved them and were taking pictures of all the character elements. The host was very accommodating, communicative, and helpful.

It was all good. No complaints or even constructive criticism.

Was not aware it was shared laundry area and having to wait for other guests to complete their laundry, which sometimes took very long but that’s is very minor. We really enjoyed our visit

This property is hosted by the most welcoming and accommodating family. It has great authentic charm and is in the perfect location for beach days and exploring San Juan! It is within walking distance of some great food, beautiful beaches, and parks. The apartment we stayed in was thoroughly cleaned and had a full kitchen for the days we wanted to cook and save money. The bed was extremely comfortable and the entire place looks exactly like the pictures. Overall the family was my absolute favorite thing about this property, they have run that establishment for over 15 years and are extremely helpful when navigating a new city. I 100% recommend that you stay here on your next trip!
