Passi Nature Villas Passikudah

The guys at the reception were simply amazing, always smiling and trying to help your with everything I needed. The garden is very beautiful and the villas clean and big. The beach is close to the villas and you will appreciate the incredible nature, especially early in the morning

Location is good, very close to the beach. Villas were air conditioned & comfortable. Breakfast was provided, only downside was lunch & dinner were not provided; have to take those from outside.

Nice accommodation with a beautiful beach right around the corner (you can literally walk out of your lodge and through the gate - a few more steps and paradise awaits ☀️🌴). There are a couple of restaurants and one supermarket in the area. This is an area where many tourists stay in resorts, so it's a bit quiet in general. Besides the lodges, there are also more hotel-like rooms in the main building. Those are modern and very clean, but lack the charming lodge vibe.

The lodges are special and beautiful from the outside. Very comfortable bed and a lot of space. From the inside, they are a bit run down (pieces missing from the wall, not very clean in general). You can have breakfast in the accommodation for 5 USD, but they only served toast - who tf wants to eat toast when in Sri Lanka? However, we later found out that they can also prepare Roti if you ask. There are also other breakfast options around town.

We liked that Passi Nature villas are very close to the Kalkudah beach. You should only walk along their garden and the beach is almost there. In my opinion, Kalkudah Beach works fine for those who like to swim in the natural ocean, which is quite more interesting and thrilling compared to Passikuda.The staff is easygoing and friendly. They made really tasty breakfasts with fruit platter, buffalo curd, and fresh juice. The garden is nice, spacious and beautiful. Anyway, due to the proximity of the beach, tasty meal, and relaxing atmospere, our staying was nice. However, the place needs some improvements.

The deliniation of the family room with kithenette and photos of the room differed from the real one. The first was that there was no promised kithenette in the family room (!). When we asked about the kitcenette and showed the pictures of our booking they gave us the kettle and some cups. The second, the photos we saw on booking were different. They did not give you the real look of the premises. That is because they put all the photos of available rooms. That was a bit disappointing. Also an architecture of the second floor is inconvinient, a narrow long corridor leading to the rooms... and our family room without kitcenette was in the very end. The view from the room was particularly spoiled with the roof of the cottage nearby. Also we haven't seen that somebody clean the floor on the second store. It was dirty. So my advice is to book a cottage if you come to Passi Natural Villa. Cottages are cleaner and compared to the rooms in the main building.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean . Highly recommended.
