very nicely appointed accomodation in an excellent location. communication was timely & very helpful.

the second room was quite small and the person staying in it was at risk of hitting their head due to the layout. However, I appreciate that this is due to the steep sloping roofline. instructions for use of the complicated stovetop would be handy. The staircase probably needs some safety tape? as it’s quite difficult to distinguish seperate stairs on descending.

This was a great place to explore the city of Ljubliana! We had a little miscommunication upon arrival and the host went out of his way to make things right. The apartment is spacious, clean and uniquely fun for a group with a nice sitting/kitchen area. It is within walking distance to many great destinations in the city and a great base for our time here. Highly recommend.

The only thing, there is an ant problem in the hallway/kitchen area. It is clearly an issue because an ant trap was down and ant killing spray was under the sink. But we did have to spray twice a day to keep them contained.

The location was fantastic, easily the standout feature and made everything very convenient The apartment was very clean throughout, which made it feel comfortable from the moment we arrived The space itself was cosy and well laid out, with a really comfortable overall feel The beds were especially comfortable, which made a big difference after long days The amenities provided in the apartment were excellent, everything you need was there The kitchen was well equipped with good quality cutlery, crockery, and utensils It felt very safe and secure at all times, which is always important when travelling Everything was easy to access and use, nothing felt complicated or unclear The overall standard of the accommodation was very high The location really tied everything together, making it easy to get around and enjoy the stay

The apartment is located next to what appears to be a music college or university, which creates significant daytime noise With windows open during the spring and summer months, the sound of instruments being practised (cellos, violins, trumpets, flutes, piano) is constant throughout the day Even with the windows closed, the noise is still very noticeable and difficult to ignore This becomes particularly frustrating if you need to work from the apartment, as it is not a quiet environment We actually had to leave the apartment during the day due to the noise, which says a lot This issue was not mentioned anywhere in the listing, which feels like an important omission Access to the apartment can be difficult, especially with luggage, due to cobbled paths and multiple stairs Although there is a lift, it has an unpleasant smell and does not fully remove the need to carry bags up stairs The shower setup is not ideal, it is more of a bath with a handheld shower rather than a proper fixed shower This makes showering less convenient and feels quite outdated The sofas in the living area are uncomfortable and appear worn, covered with blankets rather than properly maintained The second bedroom is extremely small, effectively a box room Despite having a double bed, there is almost no space to move around The layout feels unbalanced, with one bedroom taking up most of the space and the other being very cramped The second bedroom would be better suited to a single bed to make the space more usable Low ceilings in that room also make it easy to bump your head, which becomes frustrating over time

Perfect location to explore the city. Everything you need for a couple of days stay in lovely Ljubljana you'll find in the apartment. Parking around the block so some logistics needed to handel the luggage due to "car-free" citycenter. But all in all a great stay.
