Hotel Plaza Marbella Granada

When you walk into the lobby, it looks like a colonial fairy tale castle. It’s also very close to city center

Unfortunately the room itself was quite disappointing. The front desk gentleman who helped me upstairs immediately locked off the balcony area (I guess $100/night was not expensive enough to have access to the balcony). The room feels very dated and has no windows. There were no towels or blankets. They did end up giving me the towels but said there were no blankets, and gave me another bed sheet instead. No hot water in the shower There was a power outage mid-evening, and after power came back on I could not turn on the AC or the TV. Overall, a very uncomfortable stay

The room was very comfortable, the staff were kind, and the place was nearby places that I wanted to visit

There was not enough kitchenette that I was expecting and the breakfast that was included it was the same food everyday I could be better if they vary the selection of food.

Comfortable beds and nice location. The pool was really nice after a hot day walking around the city.

Value for money is not that great. Pricy compared to other options, and the breakfast was quite simple and not quite enough for our activity level. Also our room didn’t have a window which just seemed odd considering the price. We expected more from this type of hotel

Very central, a few block from main park and all the attractions. We had two twins and the sleeping room and bed where very nice

Shower was somewhat working and water stayed in shower in stead of draining out. There was no water supplied what you could drink. Had to buy bottled water all the time

-Got a room with a broken a/c. Could have just given us a room with a good a/c at once. -No windows in the rooms. Felt cramped up with no fresh air. -Shower at the pool didn’t work-no water.

Loved how clean and comfortable our stay was. The staff was also so kind and welcoming and was very accommodating to us. The place is conveniently located, felt safe the entire time. Our suite exceeded our expectations. Absolutely stunning place to stay and worth every penny. Would 100% recommend this hotel, and without a doubt would rebook when visiting Granada again.

The rooms were really clean and comfy and the staff were very friendly!
