Hotel Plaza Marbella Granada

The location was great, and it was quiet at night! The breakfast in the mornings was very good, too.

Location is not great, unfriendly staff, bad breakfast, room did not have windows, too expensive for what the hotel offers,

I like the staff, they are nice and always assisting. Breakfast is good.

I think it doesn't live up to the expectations of a 4 star hotel rating. There is no drinking water when you arrive the room, there is hot shower but it is very unstable, the hair dryer is not well attached to the wall and fell when being used. They also don't do daily cleaning. Yes it is cheaper than other 4 star hotels around Granada, but I believe it is a 2/3 star hotel instead.

It was advertised as having a bar and providing laundry at a cost. There was no longer a bar and when we asked if we could have laundry done we were told they didn’t provide that service

The Master room was really nice, the staff where very kind, the pool was very nice as well, the breakfast was great! We also liked the fact that there las a safe parking lot nearby. We also liked the fact that we could bring our own booze and stuff to eat. The place was also very nice. We liked pretty much everything about this place. We also liked the breakfast was included!

Nothing really, however we wished it was closer to La Calzada so we wouldn't have to walk so much or take the car to go out at night since the hotel's street didnt feel that safe at night. Although it probably is. The room/price difference between the single and master bedroom was not "fair?", as the rooms were very different in sice but only $20 difference from each other.

Large comfortable rooms. Great location and very attentive staff. would definitely stay here again 👍
