"Amazing"

I really enjoy the fact that you couldn’t hear any noise is a little far from downtown but not to far is perfect. And the breakfast is amazing 🤩

The towels were looking old maybe is time to chance them.

"Worst Hotel during our Nicaragua trip"

The location is okay, not right in the middle of Granada but also not too far off. The pool had a good temperature.

All the rooms do not have windows. We felt like being locked up in a prison. Without aircon it was not possible to sleep, but the aircon was so old and so loud that sleeping with it was also not possible. The room was very ugly, the bathroom not super clean. It was super noisy and you could hear the neighbors talk. The breakfast was very poor, all in all the Hotel made no effort at all. The room was an absolute outrage and the price/performance ratio the worst we had on the whole Nicaragua trip

Everything was good. Staff was amazing, welcoming and caring. They asked us if we were okay a lot of times which made it feel like they cared.

2 things I didn't like. The AC in our room was not working properly, we had it on 17 and it didn't work well, we had to wait a long time before it started getting cold. We even had a fan in the room as I assume they knew it was not working properly. The other thing I didn't like was one person from staff (a man) he didn't talk to us, he just nodded and walked, idk it felt weird.

The location of the hotel is very good, close to the market and the central place of Granada. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The room was only cleaned once during 5 nights, and our room had no window.

"The best hotel of our trip!"

This hotel is amazing! The staff are all very friendly and so helpful. The rooms are modern and very clean. As a family with young children the apartment with two bedrooms, plus a kitchen/living room was absolutely perfect. The hotel is very safe with locked gates, gates around the pool and staff on duty 24 hours. We loved it so much we extended our stay.
