Casa Feliz Apartments Baguio

We were a family of 11 and we were all accommodated in the 4-bedroom apartment. We stayed for three nights. The rental price per night was worth it. The staff was friendly and easily attended to our needs.

During the last night, our parking space was given to a new guest. We were given a new slot but it was a long and tiring walk from the apartment. We were informed that the staff can bring our driver to the far parking slot using the staff transport, but they didn't take our driver to the far parking lot. It was inconvenient to let our driver walk for a long way. I also requested for an official invoice/ receipt, but the invoice only indicated the price for the rental and did not include the service charged by this booking app.

The caretakers were very accommodating. It's passable for the price. Location is good too.

The place was not as clean as I'd like. There were dead black ants on the floor of the bathroom and live ones near the front door. The pillows also smelled a little. The fan wasn't enough to keep the place cold in the morning.

Kuya Ryan assisted us with our needs. The place is quiet. And the room is big.

The room is outdated. They need to change their beds and pillows. There were worn out parts of the room. There were some molds in some areas of the room.

Parking provided was 1kilometer away. Definitely not convenient at all. The guy in charge said that the parking slots on the premise were all taken. (?)
