Location, car parking, food and breakfast, WiFi, staff and room service etc.

Room decor and furniture old, better to replace with new elegant furniture, if will boost the business.

Staff were very helpful and showed great respect. Room was comfortable. Parking inside the hotel premises and safe. Food was good. Room service was very fast and staff were very nice and helpful.

Room decor was old and was not very appealing.

I booked Pak Continental Hotel because of its 8+ rating, but my experience was horrible. The hotel seems to manipulate reviews by offering discounts in exchange for high ratings. When we arrived, the staff gave our pre-booked room (with two double beds) to wedding guests. Instead, we were offered a smaller room with one double bed and two mattresses for a few hours. They promised complimentary tea, breakfast, and a discount if we gave them a 10/10 rating. Later, we were moved to the room we had originally booked, but it didn’t end there. At 11 PM, the electricity went out and didn’t return all night. This ruined our stay as we couldn’t charge our phones or power banks, which we desperately needed for our road trip. In the morning, they informed us there would be no breakfast due to electricity issues. At checkout, they again asked me to post a 10/10 review in exchange for a 1,000-rupee discount, which I declined. The hotel isn’t expensive, but the service was disappointing, and the fake rating system makes it very misleading. I wouldn’t recommend it.
