Location was good and the room was spacioy

Service was awful. Towels were dirty. I asked for them to be changed which they said they would. After multiple reminders we did not get towels. Repeated telephone calls and promises no towels were delivered. At 9 PM I went down to reception for the fourth time and reluctantly they gave me one towel for four of us. I found this disgraceful. Bath room was dirty. Wash basin was broken and soap holders were badly rusted. I would never want to stay there again. The person who checked me in was pleasant and promised to replace the towels but the one who replaced him as night duty manager was responsible for this truly awful service and bad behavior

Good location It was great behaviour of all staff especially Mr. Muhammad Ilyas, very cooperative, professional and well behaved.

Some renovation was required in room, otherwise all good.
