Location is great. Owner was very helpful with us. We had an issue with noise from boiler and owner was straight on it, I suggested to do nothing until we left as I just turned it off at night. Very satisfied until this point. Owner offered us a 50% refund on our £127.50 first night. We didn’t ask for anything from owner, we were very very satisfied with what we had agreed above. Wasn’t even an issue for us as we just turned boiler off at night.

The owner gave us a £32 refund on our first night. It seemed a strange amount for a 50% refund of £127.50. When I questioned the refund, that I didn’t even ask for, saying 50% should have been £64. The conversion turn strange.. Firstly they said MR J ALDERSON £255.02 2 Nights -£51.00 VAT 20% -£51.00 BOOKING.COM FEE 20% -£25.00 HOUSE KEEPER = £128 2 Nights, £64 per night 50% 1 Night = £32 Then after I questioned this calc saying the real 50% is £64, it went really bad Remember I didn’t even ask for anything… Owner then started a bit of an angry rant at us on WhatsApp…,, So we’ll pay you back £127 Still getting charged £51 in VAT and Fees for the first night. £178 Then we’ll receive £128 from B.com Negative -£50 and you stayed for two nights. Will process your request, please do not book again or recommend us to friends and family We want genuine guests in our building So to close this review as someone who has travelled all over the world in business. “ great apartment, strange customer service” By the way I didn’t get the full refund he ranted about, the £34 I received was given to charity.

Fabulous location, great standard of cleanliness and comfort

Location, furnishings and decor were fab. Met the owner as we were leaving and he seems a lovely chap. Will be definitely returning.

Really clean and modern. Excellent situation, right in the centre of town with lots of restaurants and pubs very close by. Highly recommend
