The instruction said we would get the code on day of arrival - I was panicking a bit as didn’t get anything until 45 mins before the 4pm check in ! Seems obvious now that you wouldn’t get it earlier as you’d be able to go earlier but make it clear on the confirmation!

The living room heaters were on but not working- there was however an electric fan so hosts probably aware

Large, well appointed apartment. Great decor and well looked after. The most central location possible but still quiet at night. Superb bathroom.

No parking, bundles of towels on stairs gave poor first impression.

The property is furnished to a high standard. All fittings and furniture are of high quality. The shower is probably the best shower I have ever used. The bed is extremely comfortable and we slept perfectly! Although the property is right in the center of town there was no noise. Definitely recommend.

There is no parking directly at the property but there is free parking 350 yards away and information was supplied by owner with check in details so it wasn't an issue.

The apartment in Lytham is spotless and well looked after. Everything is tidy, fresh, and nicely presented, with clean surfaces and neatly arranged furniture. It feels comfortable and welcoming.
