Great location, modern, good space

It could have been done better and some fittings were low quality.

1- خيار الدفع والتشيك ان 2- النظافه لم تكن بالمستوى المطلوب 3- لم يتكن هنالك مناشف نظيفه 4- لا يوجد عبواه ماء، 5- نظام الماستر كهرباء 6- يوجد حشرات داخل الفيلا، ولم يستطع اخراجها.

Идеально для тех, чья цель сёрфинг. Пляж Пеереннан со всеми спотами в 3-х минутах ходьбы.

Rooftop нуждался в уборке.

The location is good - walking distance to the beach and on a quiet street. Loved the smart television.

I was originally put in villa 10 which was absolutely infested with millions of ants. The construction was two feet away from the kitchen window where there was absolutely no privacy from construction workers and unable to block the view. My front door was unable to be locked so I had to sleep completely unsecured in the villa. There’s no where to comfortably lay outside where the pool is, there’s a chair which doesn’t seem suitable to sit on to relax for hours at a time. For the price I paid I have to admit I was significantly disappointed. I always stay in Pererenan and had high expectations of these new villas but don’t think I’ll be staying again.
